Midwest Teleconference Series

Second Monday of every month, 7-8 pm CST, 6-7 pm MST

The 2012-2013 Midwest Teleconference Series is brought to you through a collaboration of the Midwest Region Chapters of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society serving Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. There is no charge for these calls but registration is required for each call. 

Each month an MS Specialists will provide up-to-date information on a specific topic in a one-hour teleconference format. Educate yourself from the comfort of your own home for FREE.

This Month:

Exercise: Maybe a pain, but a lot to gain

  • Learn what research tells us about the long term benefits of regular physical activity
  • Get expert information about the impact exercise can have on your ability to stay mobile
  • Explore the types of exercise that have an impact on long term health
