This is a six-week workshop series designed to help develop skills for both fatigue management and combating cognitive impairments through hands on exercises facilitated by speech, occupational, and physical therapists. This fun and educational activity workshop is designed to help keep the body and mind moving. The program will cover areas such as medical management of fatigue, exercise in daily living, proactive energy choices, modifying your environment, attention, reasoning, memory, communication, and decision making.
