Stretch, Breathe, Relax and Restore: A Yoga Workshop for People with MS - Washington, DC, DCW

Join us for an afternoon of relaxation and restoration through yoga. This workshop will offer you an introduction to yoga and its benefits for overall wellness and managing MS.

The workshop is designed to give the beginner the opportunity to practice adaptive yoga in a comfortable space. The program is appropriate for people who are ambulatory or more comfortable practicing from a seated position.

Maria Hamburger, RYT-500, will lead the workshop for people living with MS. Maria has been working with MS students for the past 6 years, sharing the therapeutic effect of yoga for body, mind and heart. She currently teaches at Willow Street Yoga in Maryland.

There is no cost for the program.
The registration deadline for this program is January 29.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, no jeans, and be prepared to take your shoes off if you are able.
