For anyone with Multiple Sclerosis, back problems, hip problems and other physical limitations. 

In this non-weight bearing class, Caryl will teach how to exercise safely, stretch, improve balance,

find peace of mind and have fun.

 

Thursdays – 3:00 – 4:30 pm

Caryl has practiced Yoga for more than 40 years and taught Yoga since 1997. She took her Integral Yoga Basic Teacher Training at the Satchidananda Ashram in Buckingham, VA in 1999 and the Intermediate Teacher Training in 2002.  She completed Ageless Yoga Teacher Training in 2005 and Teaching Adaptive Yoga for MS and Back Care Training in 2008.  Caryl is a member of the Integral Yoga Teachers Association and The Himalayan Institute.  She is also registered at the 500 hour level with the Yoga Alliance.  Since 1999 Caryl has taught seniors, nursing home residents, hospital patients and people with other physical limiting diseases.
