Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis (Weekly registration is required)
Big Fish Yoga

NOTE: WEEKLY REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

Studies have proven the beneficial effects of yoga for
symptoms of MS, including fatigue, depression and
anxiety, bladder and bowel issues, pain, and spasticity.

Join us for a free 6-week series of empowering, heartopening
practice on Mondays from 6-7:15PM beginning
November 5th. This gentle, yet challenging class will
be adapted to all levels of ability. If you use an
assistive device, you must be able to independently
transfer and use the restroom facilities, or you must be
accompanied by a care partner. A signed waiver of
liability is required for participation.

 Space is limited.
Weekly registration is required. Registration for each
class opens Tuesday of the preceding week (1st class
registration opens 10/30). To register, visit

Yoga for MS. Please come dressed in comfortable, cool
clothing with a yoga mat and towel, and water.
