Nourishing and moving our bodies are two of the most important self-care actions we can take in life. However, mindful eating and exercise are challenges that can feel overwhelming and not doable, especially when dealing with MS.

Come to this workshop to share and hear about ways to do mindful eating and to incorporate exercise into your life.  What helpful tips do you have that have worked for you around mindful eating and putting exercise into your weekly life design?  Jot down your tips and bring them to share with others on the call.

Please note: each monthly topic has two separate call times and dates, allowing you to choose a time and date which works best for your schedule. Each monthly topic call is exactly the same, so you only need to register for one time/date per topic.
