REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

• Registration fees: USD$100 online, USD$150 onsite.
• Online registration closes at 5 pm EST on Friday, May 21. 
• The registration fee includes admission to the scientific program and poster session, meeting materials, CME credits and meal functions.  
• ACTRIMS registrants may attend the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers (CMSC) meeting on Friday, June 4 at no additional charge by showing their ACTRIMS name badge. Advance registration is requested, via the ACTRIMS registration site.
• CMSC attendees may attend ACTRIMS on Saturday, June 5 at no additional charge by showing their CMSC name badge.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Registrations cancelled by 5 pm ET Friday, May 21 will receive a refund, less a USD$25 administrative fee.
• After 5 pm ET Friday, May 21 no refunds will be issued.
• No-shows will not receive a refund.
• Registrations made by fax or mail will be charged at the onsite registration fee of USD$150. We do not accept registrations by phone.
