The Americas Committee on Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis offers an annual educational program targeted to clinicians, clinical researchers, basic scientists and healthcare professionals interested in multiple sclerosis and other demyelinating diseases. By offering prizes for best poster or platform presentations and awarding modest travel awards, ACTRIMS seeks to encourage the next generation of clinicians and researchers to continue their work in the field of multiple sclerosis.

Organizational support for ACTRIMS meetings is provided by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in collaboration with the MS Society of Canada.
