Living with MS

Life Planning and Independence

My Life, My MS, My Decisions

This new education series will help to structure the decisions that people with MS might face once they have been diagnosed with MS by providing unbiased information, and discussing information about the risks and benefits associated with their decisions. These courses will help people who are newly diagnosed or experiencing changes in MS to reduce the anxiety associated with their decisions and concerns, and promote a sense of confidence and ownership over their decisions.

The first topic for this course, Teaming Up with your Healthcare Providers, is available in a workbook format (PDF). In the next few months, this topic and the additional topics will be available in an online learning format.

Additional Topics:

  • Navigating the Medication Maze
  • Contemplating Clinical Trials
  • Achieving Optimal Wellness
