MuckRuckus MS Northeast Teams
Get Dirty & Team Up for a World Free of MS!
You’re up for the challenge as a MuckRuckus MS Northeast Team Captain — and ready to get dirtier than you have ever been! Being on a team is an opportunity to share a great experience with friends, family members or co-workers — a community coming together for a shared common goal.
A team consists of four or more people who join the movement together. It’s easy to form a team — simply pick a team captain, choose a team name, set a goal, and register for MuckRuckus MS Northeast. Taking the first step to register as a MuckRuckus MS Northeast team captain moves us all closer to a cure for multiple sclerosis.
*Team captains: Please note that waves close once they reach 350 people. Want to ensure that your team runs at your time of choice? Encourage your members to register early.
Moving Together: 3 Simple Steps to Starting a Team
As a part of the MS movement, you and your team are committed to a world free of MS. We’re committed to you and the success of your team.
Team members can be anybody — friends, family, co-workers, or neighbors — and they can all easily register and join your team. Whether you’re a corporate team or a team of family and friends, just be sure to ask everyone you know.

2. Raising Money
Fundraising comes more naturally when you make it personal. If your team is getting dirty for someone with MS, ask them if they would be willing to tell their story. Just be sure to follow that with a statement about how much progress we’ve made in treating the disease.
Don’t forget to ask everyone who sponsors you if their employer offers matching gifts!
3. Really Having Fun!
Being a team captain is an opportunity to share a great experience with friends, family members or co-workers — a community coming together for a common goal! As a leader, it’s up to you to remind your teammates of why they registered. MuckRuckus MS Northeast can be more than a fundraising event — it can be a celebration of how far we’ve come together!
Ready, Set, Register!
