American Academy of Neurology - National MS Society

The National MS Society and the American Academy of Neurology co-host a Web forum on the potentials of early research on restricted blood flow in MS (CCSVI). What is known now? Why are the findings of research interest? What does CCSVI research mean for people with MS? Dr. P. Zamboni, the Italian endovascular surgeon, Dr. R. Zivadinov, the Buffalo neuroimaging specialist, Dr. A. Miller, AAN Board member and chief medical officer of the Society, and Dr. A. Common, Toronto University’s head radiologist, exchange opinions with journalists, other clinical and research experts, and the Web audience.
