Share Your Personal Story

On our website, in the news and other places, you'll often see profiles of everyday people who are living with multiple sclerosis (MS) or who are helping move us closer to a world free of this disease.

We are collecting unique MS stories for media interviews, nationwide advocacy awareness, and more. If you are willing to publicly share your story for this purpose, use complete the survey form below to tell us about yourself. The National MS Society may contact you for a follow-up interview and will not use any information without prior consent.

Currently, we are collecting stories to support our priority advocacy issues. If you have a story about how any of thesethe following topics have impacted your life and your family, sharing it could help move our advocacy work forward

If you want to write out your responses in a Word document first, you can copy and paste into the text boxes below.
