About the ride

Experience some of the most scenic areas in northern Minnesotafrom the seat of your bike! Join us July 23–28 for Bike MS: TRAM Ride — a fully supported three- or five-day cycling vacation known for its top-notch support, rich scenery and small town hospitality. TRAM is a must-do event for any Minnesota cyclist.

Each leg of the ride is between 50 and 80 miles, but your distance is your choice! SAG wagons are available to anyone who needs a break while pedaling.

Year after year, host towns roll out the red carpet for TRAM riders. At each overnight, you'll enjoy live entertainment, plenty of food (available for purchase) and access to local attractions. Click here to learn more about this years host towns and route.

Registration information

The current registration fee for TRAM is $75. The registration fee includes a commemorative Bike MS T-shirt, snacks and refreshments at rest stops, mechanical and medical support, a finish line celebration and meal, access to our online fundraising tools and more!

All participants are required to raise or personally donate $300 to reach the fundraising minimum in order to ride.
