Bike MS: City to Shore Ride 2017

2016 Valli Boyz & Galz
2016 Valli Boyz & Galz

Valli Boyz and Galz

This will be the 8th year the Valli Boyz & Galz will be participating in this event. Ron Sinclair and I were the only riders in the first year but we've had up to 15 members on our team through the years including 8 riders last year.

We are riding in the Greater Delaware Valley Chapter's "City to Shore" ride to support our friend, and fellow hoya, Valli (Baldassano) Bellapigna who has been battling MS for over 25 years and was a National Board of Trustees for the MS Society and former Board Member of this Chapter.

There is currently no cure for MS but there are 16 approved treatments to support all 2.3 million people living with MS in the US. I hope you can sponsor us again again in 2017. If you are uncomfortable donating on-line, you can send me a check made out to "NMSS" to my home and I'll make sure it get's submitted to the local office.

Thanks in advance for your support to help fund research to find a cure for MS.

Phil Geyer, Captain, Valli Boyz & Galz

About MS

When you make a donation, you are changing the world for people affected by multiple sclerosis. Symptoms of MS range from numbness and tingling to blindness and paralysis. The progress, severity and specific symptoms of MS in any one person cannot yet be predicted, but advances in research and treatment are leading to better understanding and moving us closer to a world free of MS. Most people with MS are diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 50, with at least two to three times more women than men being diagnosed with the disease. MS affects more than 2.3 million worldwide, and there is not yet a cure. Every dollar raised matters to those affected by MS. Thank you for your support.
