Bike MS: Sam's Club Round-Up Ride
Bike MS: Round-Up Ride * May 3-4, 2014 * Plano to Texas Motor Speedway
Why I am Moving Forward
Multiple sclerosis is a progressive neurological disease that affects people in many different ways. It could be paralysis one day, loss of vision the next or impaired memory the day after that. Living with MS means living with uncertainty.
Why I Ride
This is my 5th year riding with Bike MS: Round-Up Ride. I also continue to help ensure the general safety of the ride, and assist riders on the road. I want to help the National MS Society fund research, advocate for change, and help people with MS and their families. I believe in the work they do and want to be an active part of it.
Let's Move Forward Together
This year, I will be the team captain of Cheesy Riders. Cheesy Riders give full support of the event every year. We have raised over one million dollars for NMSS over the years.
As Cheesy Riders MS Ride team captain, I have help from my Co-Captain, Tina Robertson, and over 100 Cheesy Riders to recruit new team members, help fund raising and organize team activities before and during the two-day event. There is a lot of hard work but it's going to be very meaningful and exciting. I am counting on your help in any of the following ways:
1. join our team and ride with us.
2. ask your family and friends to join us and ride with us.
3. help us to promote the awareness of MS.
4. donate to NMSS.
Please support the MS society by donation of any amount or join me to become a Cheesy Rider. For those of you who work at companies with gift matching program, please make sure you take advantage of that after your personal donation. There is more information on gift matching during your online donation process. In the form, please indicate it's to support me for the Bike MS: Sam's Club Ride (National MS Society, Headquarter in Houston, TX).

BIke MS 2014 Kick-Off
Cheesy Riders attended the Sylvie Awards, the 2013 Celebration and 2014 Kick-Off event last Thursday at DFW Airport Marriott. On that very first day, we recruited 60 Cheesy Riders to ride with us next spring. I am so proud of my fellow Cheesy Riders!
