Challenge Walk MS is a 3-day, 50-mile experience that tests your strength and your spirit, and makes an extraordinary difference in the lives of 2.3 million people living with MS worldwide.
Every mile you walk means more dollars to help those facing daily challenges of living with MS. A minimum fundraising goal of $1,500 is required and we’ll be with you every step of the way with fundraising tools, training assistance, group support and much more. Plus, with our powerful online fundraising tools, we’ve made it easier than ever for your friends and family to contribute.
Day 1: Downtown Savannah to Wormsloe Historic Park 21.5 Miles
Day 2: Skidaway Island 18.5 Miles
Day 3: Tybee Island 10 Miles

Challenge Walk MS is a fully supported event. You train and fundraise, with our help every step of the way, and we’ll take care of you at the event.
