Laughing All the Way to the Cure 2014
I was diagnosed with MS on World MS Day 2012. After absorbing the news, I decided to fight back. I don't think I have a career as a sumo wrestler, at least not a successful one, but I am hoping that with your help we can defeat MS. MS NOW is a 250 million dollar campaign to find a cure for MS. Last year, we raised a little over $30,000. This year, even more?
On behalf of myself, my incredibly supportive husband and my wonderful children - and everyone who has MS and the people who love them, I hope you will support this cause!
NOW, we need everyone to be a champion in the MS Research Revolution.
Please join me and attend "Laughing All the Way to the Cure" on Wednesday, May 28 from 7-9:30 pm at Congregation Sha'aray Shalom, 1112 Main Street Hingham.
Laughs will be provided by well-known comedian Kelly MacFarland (http://www.kellymacfarland.com) and a fabulous improv troupe, the Bearcats. We can also dance the night away listening to Boston's band, The Winiker Band.
Food will be from a variety of places in the South Shore including:
There will be raffles and a live auction featuring exciting items.
Tickets are $50 each. You can purchase your ticket online as a donation on my page or you can send a check to me, made out to the MS Society.
If you can't attend, I hope you will consider making a donation.
