Do It Yourself Fundraising is an opportunity for people with a deep commitment to the MS cause to raise awareness and critical funds for the MS Movement in new and creative ways.

This site includes helpful resources to help you kick off a Do It Yourself activity and learn from others who are hosting their own.

Activities can include golf tournaments, dinner parties, bake sales, endurance events, simply asking your friends, and more!

So get started today, join the movement®, and together we can all help to create a world free of MS!

I was diagnosed with MS on World MS Day 2012. After absorbing the news, I decided to fight back. I don't think I have a career as a sumo wrestler, at least not a successful one, but I am hoping that with your help we can defeat MS. MS NOW is a 250 million dollar campaign to find a cure for MS.  Last year, we raised a little over $30,000. This year, even more?

On behalf of myself, my incredibly supportive husband and my wonderful children - and everyone who has MS and the people who love them, I hope you will support this cause!

NOW, we need everyone to be a champion in the MS Research Revolution.

Please join me and attend "Laughing All the Way to the Cure" on Wednesday, May 28 from 7-9:30 pm at Congregation Sha'aray Shalom, 1112 Main Street Hingham.

Laughs will be provided by well-known comedian Kelly MacFarland ( and a fabulous improv troupe, the Bearcats. We can also dance the night away listening to Boston's band, The Winiker Band.

Food will be from a variety of places in the South Shore including:
•    Guilty Bakery in Plymouth

•    Honey Dew Donuts

•    the Fruit Center in Hingham

•    A Perfect Taste in Stoughton

•    Alma Nove in Hingham

•    Plaza Azteca in Hingham

•    Garden Gourmet in Hingham
