Why I Participate:

R.J. and I started our team to honor Janell's Mom, Diane, who passed away due to complications from MS in 1999. We hope that through every dollar raised we get one day closer to a cure! We hope to see a cure for multiple sclerosis in our lifetime.

If that wasn't enough reason to donate, there is an added bonus!

Last year was amazing, we raised more money than ever thanks to everyone.

My usual gimmick is to raffle off my Facebook Profile picture, but, for 2014 I don't think that's enough anymore. So for this year, I'm going to raffle off something much more rewarding.

Not only will you get to choose my Facebook pic, BUT you'll also have a chance to choose something for me to do during this year's walk! Whatever you say, I have to do it. (As long as it's actually possible)

Anyone who donates at least $20 to my campaign will get an entry.

As a bonus, for every $10 donated after the initial $20, you'll get an additional entry! ($30 = 2 entries, $100 = 9 entries, etc)

Even if winning this prestigious prize doesn't sound appealing to you, please take a moment to consider donating. Thank you for your consideration and passion, together we can put an end to MS.

2013 Raffle Winner: GLENN MARTIN

I will be doing a couple things for the winner of last year's raffle. He gets to choose my Facebook Cover Photo for 2014, which I will also put on a T-Shirt and wear during this year's walk!

About MS

I am asking you to support me in Walk MS because this is a cause that is meaningful to me.  Millions of people are affected by MS and the challenges of living with its unpredictable symptoms. Multiple sclerosis interrupts the flow of information between the brain and the body and it stops people from moving. Every hour in the United States, someone is newly diagnosed with MS, a disease of the central nervous system. Symptoms range from numbness and tingling to blindness and paralysis. The progress, severity and specific symptoms of MS in any one person cannot yet be predicted, but advances in research and treatment are moving us closer to a world free of MS.

Please support me!

Your gift helps provide local programs and fund cutting-edge research. Your donation puts us closer to realizing our promise to STOP MS in its tracks, RESTORE lost function and END MS forever. Ending MS means no one will receive an MS diagnosis again. Every step matters.  Every dollar counts.  Every person makes a difference.
