California, Pasadena -- Walk MS: Greater Los Angeles 2014
Team Jillian was formed in 2008 - when Jill was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 23.
We want to help the National MS Society fund research, advocate for change, and help people with MS. We want Jill to see a cure in her lifetime.
Walk MS is a day that brings our friends, families, and coworkers together to embrace an important cause. Join us and participate together to make a powerful statement and a real difference for Jillian and everyone else dealing with Multiple Sclerosis. Each step we take brings us closer to a world free of MS.
Multiple sclerosis is an unpredictable, often disabling, disease of the central nervous system that interrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body. Millions of people are affected by MS and the challenges of living with its unpredictable symptoms, which range from numbness and tingling to blindness and paralysis. The progress, severity and specific symptoms of MS in any one person cannot yet be predicted, but advances in research and treatment are moving us closer to a world free of MS.
