Thank you for your help

Because of your generosity, last year I met my personal goal, but it does not end there. The fight continues on year after year, and now , once again, I take the challenge for April 2010.

I have just begun my fight and hope to continue in my Dads name, finding a cure and helping the M.S. Society.
I plan to help out by participating as a walker, and I seek your help there as well. Please visit www.inhonorof.info
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

People with MS know something about moving that most of us don’t understand—moving is not a guarantee.
My dad was one of the first people to donate to the National M.S. Society before there were Charity Fund raisers. He did so in honor/name of his cousins who had both contracted M.S. when young. I continue his fight and will help fight M.S. for him and his Cousins.

Why I Walk, I walk for My Dad

I've registered for Walk MS because I want to do something for the people who have been diagnosed - NOW! Today, there is no cure for multiple sclerosis, and with a diagnosis occurring most frequently between the ages of 20 and 50, many individuals face a lifetime filled with unpredictability. My Dad was one of the first ones to donate to the National M.S. Society. Before it became common for individuals to donate to these funds. His own Cousins, who were twins, contracted M.S. when young. Back in the days before much was known about this disease process. Join me in this honorable fight, and help others who are in much need and in the needed research of this debilitating disease.

Why You Should Sponsor Me, or anyone in any walk a thon

I can tell you what everyone else will tell you, that is...MS stops people from moving. The National MS Society exists to make sure it doesn’t. We help each person address the challenges of living with MS. In 2006 alone, through the national home office and 50 state network of chapters, nearly $126 million was devoted to programs that enhanced more than one million lives to move us closer to a world free of MS, the Society also
invested more than $46 million to support 380 research projects around the world.

But why sponsor me? I am personally taking this challenge on in my Fathers name, to continue his fight to find a cure for this disease. My Father felt it was his duty to his family and his cousins to help by giving what he could because it was a disease that affected our family, and that was reason enough for him, and is reason enough for me. Although you may not be personally affected by any disease, one day you may and maybe you had a relative at one time who was.

Help me fight this noble and honorable fight!

Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your life
