Approximately five miles in length, the MS Journey of Hope is comprised of teams of walkers raising funds to support the services of Comprehensive MS Care Centers who are our Partners in MS Care.
Providing comprehensive quality care and support to those affected by multiple sclerosis is a challenge that must be addressed. Not all services provided by Comprehensive MS Care Centers have sources of financial support. Yet it is extremely important that we ensure the continuation of all current patient services, and develop the resources to provide additional services that are currently unfunded.
To raise the necessary funds, participating Comprehensive MS Care Centers who are Partners in MS Care in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont form walk teams for the MS Journey of Hope. Funds raised by MS Center teams directly benefit MS Centers. Your financial support helps achieve that objective when you join one of our Comprehensive MS Care Center teams.
Connect. Walk MS.
Walk MS connects people living with MS and those who care about them. It is an experience unlike any other - a day to come together, to celebrate the progress we've made and to show the power of our connections.
When you participate in Walk MS, the funds you raise give hope to the more than 21,000 individuals and their families affected by multiple sclerosis in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. The dollars raised support life-changing programs and cutting-edge research. Every connection counts.
Forming a team is a great way to fundraise. Teams provide inspiration and competition for other participants, it’s contagious; it puts the “fun” in fundraising, plus the more the merrier! Join an MS Center team (only funds raised by Journey of Hope MS Center teams directly benefit MS Centers) or start your own. We welcome non-MS Center Teams (funds raised by teams other than MS Center Teams are not distributed to any MS Center, but are used to support the programs and services for those affected by MS throughout the chapter).
Register now, connect with others and start fundraising today.
Journey of Hope participants raise a minimum of $250.
