After a long ride, you'll need someplace to freshen up and rest your weary head. Below are your lodging options for BP MS 150.

All riders are responsible for arranging their own accommodations during the BP MS 150 Bike Ride. Lodging options are available in Houston near the Start Lines; lodging options in La Grange include nearby hotels as well as camping at the overnight location; and, in Austin, hotel options are available near the Finish Line.

Make arrangements EARLY – rooms will sell-out months in advance! Be sure to mention the "BP MS 150" to receive a special rate.

If you choose to stay at the Fairgrounds, your options are as follows:

  • Individual Camping (tents are transported with your luggage)

Rules for Fairgrounds:

  • Camping/RV parking is on a first-come, first-served basis – NO RESERVATIONS
  • Access to the campgrounds is Thursday and Friday of event week, from 7:00am to 7:00pm ONLY (there is absolutely no access prior to Thursday)
  • No RV hook-ups on site

It is highly recommended that you park at the Official Event Parking and take the courtesy shuttles to the Fayette County Fairgrounds. Vehicle entrance into the fairgrounds is by permit only after 9:00am on Saturday.

DO NOT PARK along Highway 77 – towing is strictly enforced!

Transportation from Houston to Austin

The option for online transportation ticket — purchase has now closed. On site transportation will be available on Friday and Sunday in Austin at the bus depot area for a $50 fee credit card or check.

Friday, April 27

Charter buses and bike transportation from Austin to Houston on Friday, April 27 will be available for $50 online purchase April 2 through April 25 or on-site (on-site ticket purchase is subject to availability). Transportation fee is payable by credit card or check.

Charter buses and trucks transporting bikes will leave from the BP MS 150 finish line at the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) traveling to the Katy Mills Mall and then to the Omni Westside Hotel in Houston. Bikes will be delivered directly to each starting location (Energy Corridor Park Row and Rhodes Stadium).

Complimentary parking will be available for your vehicle over the weekend at COTA

Saturday, April 28

Charter buses and bike transportation from Austin to Houston on the morning of Saturday, April 28 will be available for $50 online purchase April 2 through April 25 or on-site (on-site ticket purchase is subject to availability). Transportation fee is payable by credit card or check. Charter buses and trucks transporting bikes will leave from the Circuit of the Americas and travel to Waller Stadium ONLY.

Sunday, April 29

Charter buses and bike transportation from Austin to Houston on Sunday, April 29 will be available for $50 online purchase April 2 through April 25 or on-site at the bus depot area (on-site ticket purchase is subject to availability). Transportation fee is payable by credit card or check.

The charter buses will leave from the Circuit of the Americas traveling to the three start locations (Energy Cooridor Park Row, Rhodes Stadium, and Waller Stadium). Bikes will be delivered directly to each start location (Energy Cooridor Park Row, Rhodes Stadium, and Waller Stadium).

*Please allow 4 to 5 hours from bike loading for the truck's arrival at the start location. At the end of the finish line chute, be sure to load your bike on the truck traveling to the start location where you started on Saturday morning.

    Continuous,round-trip service from the parking lot listed below to the Fayette County Fairgrounds and back. It is highly recommended to park at one of the event parking lot listed below and shuttle to-and-from the Fayette County Fairgrounds. There is NO public parking available at the Fairgrounds.

    SAG buses will take participants from the Fayette County Fairgrounds in La Grange to the finish line at the Circuit of the Americas. Bikes will be transported via trucks to the bike compound area at the finish line.
