After a long ride, you'll need someplace to freshen up and rest your weary head. Below are your lodging options for Bike MS: City to Shore Ride.

Ocean City, NJCity to Shore Housing - Saturday, September 29, 2018

City to Shore cyclists are responsible for booking their own accommodations in Ocean City.

Access Ocean City

Hotels, condos and team housing

Hotels, condos and team housing reservations should be made through Access Ocean City by visiting www.accessoceancitynj.com or calling 1-888-895-7733. Rooms fill up fast, so reserve your rooms early. Hotline is open as of June 1.

Team Housing: If your team has six or more people, would you all like to stay together? The online team housing form is available as of April 1.

Camp grounds

Camping is available to those looking for a true outdoor experience at the Whippoorwill Campground in nearby Marmora, N.J. 

This option requires a $10 check-in fee for a communal or personal tent, or a $30 fee for trailer campsites. Reservations are not required but we recommend making them by calling 609-390-3458.

If you would like to book a room on Friday night, the following hotels are nearby the Cherry Hill and Voorhees area.

Transportation to overnight stay – in Ocean City

Jitney service is provided Saturday 12:00-8:00 p.m. and Sunday 6:00-9:00 a.m., to and from the Ocean City finish line, the campground and all hotels, condos and team housing reservations made through Access Ocean City. If you made alternate housing reservations (not through Access Ocean City and not at a campground), you will need to make your own transportation arrangements to and from the Ocean City finish line. Jitneys are located on 6th Street between Atlantic Avenue and the Boardwalk. 

Transportation back to your start location – from Ocean City

All buses depart from the Transportation Center located at 6th and Atlantic Avenue in Ocean City.

Saturday bus transportation is provided for you and your bike back to all start locations. *Times below subject to change.

  • PATCO's Woodcrest Station (75 and 100-mile start): 1 to 6 p.m. 
  • Hammonton (45-mile start): 1 to 5 p.m. 
  • Mays Landing (25-mile start): 10 a.m. -2 p.m.

Sunday a return trip to PATCO's Woodcrest station (75 and 100-mile start ONLY) will depart at 7:30 sharp. Transportation is provided for you and your bike.

Return trips to Hammonton and Mays Landing are not offered on Sunday. 

  • You MUST sign up on Saturday at the Transportation Center  
  • You MUST arrive Sunday at 7:30 a.m. sharp to load your bike and prepare for departure.  Release is expected between 7:30 and 8 a.m. Anyone arriving after 7:45 a.m. may not depart until 8:30 or 9 a.m. when the site is closed.

Transportation – Luggage

We will transport your luggage from the start line to the finish line each day. Visit the Start Location Details page for more information, and for specific instructions at the PATCO’s Woodcrest Station (75 and 100– mile) start location. Remember to put your luggage tag on your bag, which can be found in your rider number packet.

All luggage is dropped off and sorted numerically at the luggage tent along 6th street on Saturday at the Ocean City finish line.

Cyclists riding back on Sunday: You may drop your luggage in the NFI trailer, located on 6th street at Bike Parking, by 8 a.m. All luggage on this truck will be transported to the PATCO finish line. All luggage is dropped off and sorted numerically at the luggage tent.
